CO-FOUNDER, FACILITATOR & COACH

McKenzie has been coaching and studying coaching for more than 15 years, with extensive experience delivering coach-training and coaching to teachers, students, parents and executives. She is a Co-active Coach, a certificated practitioner and coach of NLP, and a Mytho-Self Facilitator.

QUINN SIMPSON
CO-FOUNDER, FACILITATOR & COACH

Quinn is an expert in motivating and inspiring others to coach and be coach-like in education and business and excels in the areas of leadership, sales, strategy development and project management. Quinn has run hundreds of workshops on coaching training, leadership and communication, as well as providing one-to-one coaching to over 500 clients. She is a certified Co-active Coach and NLP Coach Practitioner.

COURSE FAQ

  • This course if for Art alumni that want to become Certified Start With Heart Facilitator and hold an annual licence to deliver our curriculum in your school, organisation or community.

  • Your enrolment will last for 60 days from the date of activation. Once you have completed The Art, you can sign up for this course at any time up to 12 months.

  • In order to complete The Review, you must facilitate the BE Curious workshop to a group of approximately 12 participants.

    This workshop is one of the six parts that make up The BE: Wellbeing Course, included in the Certified Start With Heart Facilitator Licence.

    BE Curious is part two of the course and is designed to train participants in foundational coaching skills and tools including Effective Questions, The Three Ms of Listening and the Start With Heart model.

    Whilst The BE was initially designed for young adults, BE Curious can be delivered to a range of audiences including colleagues and students.

    BE Curious is packaged into two, 2-hour workshops, but can be delivered at any pace. For example, you can deliver four, 1-hour workshops or one 4-hour workshop if more convenient.

    Your workshop must be observed by either a Certified Facilitator or another Art or Review alumni. They will be required to provide feedback through our Review Canvas. Your participants will provide feedback through an online feedback form.

    All the resources you’ll need to set you up for success are in the Course Portal.

  • Click the Register button above. We'll ask you to fill out a form and make your payment. You’ll then receive an email from us with a receipt. We can only provide invoices for purchases above £2,000. Please email us for more details.

  • Yes. You can either register yourself or someone else. You’ll have the opportunity to enter the participant’s name and email as you register.

  • We offer discounts for four or more participants. To register your team, email amy.cusack@graydin.com.

  • Graydin coaching courses are practical and effective professional development for teachers and educators. Feel free to share our Coaching + Education brochure or our Course Outline with your school leader. Please let us know if you need any further support from us.

  • This is a non-refundable registration. If necessary, the registration may be transferred to another person within your school or organisation that has also completed The Art.
