Supervision
A reflective and collaborative space where a coach can feel comfortable sharing and exploring their experience as a coach. Supervision is for coaches who are looking to deeply reflect and enhance their practice.
We ensure leaders feel supported so they can effectively support others.
Chris Wheeler, Incoming Head of Canford School
"As leaders, we are great at ensuring everyone around us is supported but not always so good at ensuring we seek help ourselves. The role of Head has become ever more complex and in balancing the many competing challenges, I have found coaching support to be vital. Graydin starts with the person and facilitates clarity of thought that allows real progress. As a coach, McKenzie is outstanding, bringing compassion, empathy, and curiosity to every question she asks, which means I enjoy our sessions while also being challenged to think in new ways. That’s a real skill. McKenzie is constantly reflective, seeking to improve her own practice and ensure impact for her coachee. McKenzie helped me work through complex challenges to secure much better outcomes, empowering me to do the thinking and ensuring I challenged myself at each stage of the journey. The impact was lower stress in high stress situations and positive outcomes in situations that had been spinning out of control. "
Every one-to-one relationship is founded on these beliefs
You have all the answers. Our coaches aren’t here to give you solutions; they ask effective and lasting questions to help you uncover your own truths.
The final destination is often action. Your coach or supervisor will help you define your obstacles, reframe them and most importantly, move past them.
Accountability is vital to sustaining long-term success. Your coach is here to keep you on track, keep you committed and keep you moving.

What our community is saying
"As a values-based leader, I strive to lead with purpose, integrity, and clarity. Coaching—especially and most recently with Quinn —has reinforced and validated this approach. It creates intentional space to pause, reflect, and align my actions with what matters most. In the moment, coaching brings focus and perspective. It helps me step back from the noise and reconnect with my core values. Over time, it builds habits of reflection and decision-making that are more thoughtful, strategic, and human-centered. Coaching has made it possible to lead with greater intention, to navigate complexity with confidence, and to remain anchored during transition. As a new Head of School but also having occupied leadership positions in and beyond schools, coaching has provided me the space and time to reflect and to work on my own practice of leadership. If you're on the fence, I’d say this: coaching isn’t extra. It’s essential. It supports not just what you do, but who you are—and who you’re becoming as a leader."
