Our services include coaching courses, one-to-one coaching and online support and resources. We have worked with 108 organisations since 2011 but aim to work with many, many more. We are looking for coaches and facilitators who are passionate about transforming education.
We are keen to connect with people who have:
the desire to challenge the current status quo in education
a core passion for impacting the lives of teachers and students
been trained as a coach by a recognised training institute
front of the room experience in facilitation and/or training or teaching.
Most importantly we are looking for energy and presence. We will train you in our coaching skills, models and materials; what we need is your flare to bring our work to life.

FREELANCE EDITORIAL ROLE DESCRIPTION
At Graydin, we produce and distribute written content to our network in two forms – short and long.
Short form content includes: emails templates, articles, blogs, website page copy and newsletter campaigns.
Long form content includes: 50-60-page workbooks, 10-15 page worksheet packs, 75-100 page handbooks and other learning materials.
We are looking for an editor or editorial team to join our team on a contract basis to help with day-to-day editing of simple documents as well as copy writing occasionally.
The following are general responsibilities we would expect of our editor:
Prepare, rewrite and edit copy to improve readability.
Read copy or proof to detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax.
Fact-check copy to ensure that all dates, names, statistics, and facts are correct.
Identify ways that the structure and flow of content could be improved.
Act as the final stamp of approval on all formal written communications that represent our company externally.
Direct, supervise, and educate other staff members who are responsible for written work, including freelance writers.
Develop and execute ideas for written content that will resonate with our audience and elevate our brand.
Review and approve proofs submitted by composing room prior to publication production.
For articles, blogs and newsletters, support with developing content ideas, considering reader or audience appeal.
Generate ideas for future content projects
Participate in various meetings to share your expertise on written communication.
Available 10-12 hours per month for this role, and willing to do bigger projects that may take 20-30 hours per month occasionally.
Respond within 24 hours by email, phone or text about editing responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The following are requirements and desired qualifications we are looking for:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
The ability to work with UK, US and CAD spelling and phrasing.
Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of writers or contributors.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Time management skills with the capability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
Keen attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign, and various other publishing tools.
The ability to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
2+ years of proven working experience in an editor role.
Professional portfolio that highlights your previous written work.
