McKenzie Cerri Co-founder
McKenzie is one of our co-founders. She is the lead director of the UK office and their team of associate coaches and trainers. She has been coaching and studying coaching for more than 10 years, with extensive experience delivering coach-training and coaching to teachers, students, parents and executives. She is a Co-active Coach, a certificated practitioner and coach of NLP, and a Mytho-Self Facilitator. Inspired by the impact coaching had made during her formative years, combined with a desire to enhance the lives of young people, McKenzie and Quinn Simpson partnered to form Graydin.
Quinn Simpson Co-founder
Quinn is one of our co-founders and lead director of the US office and a small team of associate coaches and trainers. She is an expert in motivating and inspiring others to coach and be coach-like in education and business, and excels in the areas of leadership, sales, strategy development, and project management. Quinn has run hundreds of workshops on coaching training, leadership and communication, as well as providing one-to-one coaching to over 400 clients. She is a certified Co-active Coach and NLP Coach Practitioner, and also co-founded Akosia, a small charity that uses coaching as a facilitation technique in filmmaking projects for underprivileged children and women.
Rachel Baldi Associate Coach
Rachel is a trainer, supervisor and certified coach, with over six years’ experience of coaching individuals and delivering courses. Her expertise is in leadership development, sales, and project management, and has been trained in the Neuroscience of Coaching and Mindfulness. She is a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a graduate of their Leadership Programme. She has a background in youth coaching, focusing on career development and rehabilitation in the criminal justice system, and works internationally as a CTI coach in the UK, USA and Singapore. She now works for the Corporate Department bringing coaching and leadership development into companies and organisations.
Tim Perris Associate Coach
Tim has nearly 20 years’ experience coaching and tutoring individuals and groups in music and performance. He is a CTI trained Co-Active coach and a trained confidence coach through the American Confidence Institute. Before coaching he spent 12-years teaching Maths and Science from primary to 6th form. Then he was introduced to Carol Dweck’s ‘Growth Mindset’ work, which had a profound effect on his philosophy of education; he retrained as a coach and established a coaching practice working with families and in education. Tim currently works on a national programme of Mindset delivery in schools and continues to teach alongside his work with us.
Sonal Sodha Associate Coach
Sonal Sodha is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a graduate of CTI’s Co-Active Leadership Program. She runs a private coaching practice in Toronto with a focus on personal leadership. Sonal also creates and facilitates workshops on leadership and self-development. She began her career in healthcare as a pharmacist and holds an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. Prior to starting her coaching business, Sonal spent over 14 years in sales, marketing and medical roles at Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca and Bayer. She is a charismatic leader known for her playful energy, wild curiosity and ability to connect with people.
Tivo Rojas-Cheatham Associate Coach
Tivo Rojas-Cheatham is a high-performance and learning coach as well as an education and curriculum design consultant. He is committed to teaching young people how to empower themselves and teachers how to become catalysts of great student learners. He has been a manager of a Farmworker youth mentoring program and has worked with elementary teachers and graduate-level faculty and teachers. He has a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a focus on health education methods and is trained in embodied coaching, leadership and experiential learning.
Megan Thomas Associate Coach
Megan is a trained and Certified Co-Active Coach with over seven years of experience. Her focus areas include career development, leadership and entrepreneurship. She coaches individuals and groups and facilitates workshops. Outside of coaching, Megan volunteers with Parent Gym, running skills and confidence workshops to help parents support the wellbeing of their children. Prior to becoming a coach, Megan worked in digital project management. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer, earned a certificate in Web Design and Technology from San Francisco State University, and holds a degree in Psychology from Clark University, Massachusetts.
Sarah Seymour Associate Coach
Sarah is a coaching and education specialist. With a background in educational research and consultancy, she trained as a personal and executive coach at the Coaching Academy and is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). She is trained in confidence coaching, stress coaching, neuroscience, mindfulness, financial coaching, transactional analysis and positive psychology. She has worked with us in numerous educational institutions, including London Southbank University. Sarah also coaches clients privately and runs courses on topics such as communications skills and stress management.
Isabel Mortimer Associate Coach
Isabel is a certified personal and executive co-active CPCC coach and specialises in leadership development, cultural change, and enabling positive team dynamics. She has created several coaching and leadership programmes and has supported cultural exchange and team development work across a range of high profile organisations, including the BBC, AstraZeneca and Greenpeace. She is a Clore Leadership Programme fellow and works for them to support other fellows in developing as transformational leaders. Before coaching, she was Resident Director of the New Adventures Dance Company.
Jocelyn Pepe Associate Coach
Jocelyn is a trained Co-Active Coach who is enrolled in The Coaches Training Institute’s certification programme. For the last few years, Jocelyn has been facilitating leadership development and coaching training courses, and she recently fulfilled a dream by launching an independent coaching practice. Previously, Jocelyn spent 15 years as an independent consultant in Fashion Wholesale where she uncovered her knack for truly hearing people and inspiring them to reach their maximum potential. As a dedicated mother of three, Jocelyn strives to bring coaching into the lives of teachers, students, parents and children. She is thrilled to be working with Graydin.
Kyla Tustin Associate Coach
Kyla is a Coach, Author and Facilitator of Change with over ten years’ experience in international coaching, consulting and facilitating in sectors including financial, media and health. She has worked with hundreds of clients and businesses, coaching them through personal and professional development and she facilitates regularly on confidence, stress management, strategic change, inspiring leadership and work-life balance. She is the Chief Operating Officer of The Codega Group, a specialist coaching and consulting firm who focus on supporting corporate management teams. Kyla is also the co-founder of Empowering Teens, who run workshops for teenage girls in schools and the local community.
Laura Williams Associate Coach
Laura is a Time to Think Coach, Facilitator and Consultant, a member of the Association for Coaching and an NLP Practitioner. Laura specialises in training organisations and individuals to think independently, creating environments that generate fresh, robust and productive thinking. She focuses on youth development, careers and entrepreneurship and manages a learning programme for aspiring entrepreneurs. She has run over 50 workshops on topics including independent thinking, self-management and resilience, as well as providing one-to-one coaching to a diverse range of clients. She has a background in fundraising and works regularly with charities, as well as volunteering for 10 years with disabled people.
Glenys Henry Associate Coach
Glenys Henry is a coaching and education specialist. She partners with Graydin in Dubai and New Zealand to deliver coaching training in the Middle East. She has an extensive international background in education and she developed and delivers the MA Education (Coaching Pathway) to post graduate students at Middlesex University (Dubai). She is an NLP and Co-Active coach and is Coaches Training Institute accredited. She also delivers Personality Dimensions in educational and corporate contexts to increase self-awareness, promote leadership and powerful teams. She has worked with clients including senior educational administrators, teachers, CEOs and corporate clients from a range of industries. She is passionate about transforming education through coaching approaches.
Jennifer Askey Associate Coach
Jennifer Askey specialises in coaching for higher education students, professors, and administrators. She is a certified personal coach by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and an associate certified coach with ICF. She is also trained in mindfulness techniques, time budgeting and productivity strategies and speaks frequently to groups of teachers and students on these topics. In 2017, she co-founded Thrive, PhD, a program that helps students succeed in graduate school. Prior to becoming a coach, Jennifer earned a PhD in Germanic Languages and Literatures from Washington University and was a tenured professor at Kansas State University. Jennifer also coaches clients privately at Energized Academic and runs writing and mindfulness workshops.
Fiona Biggins Associate Coach
Fiona is an ICF-qualified life and career coach with seven years of coaching experience. Her specialism is supporting people through difficult transitions from university to work, from first job to second job and from employment to self-employment. She has delivered more than 100 personal development, careers and leadership programmes to young people and adults in third sector organisations such as London Youth and to educational organisations such as London South Bank University. She also coaches students at London School of Economics and Goldsmiths.
Dr. Amanda Wintink Neuroscientist & Coach
Mandy focuses on career, wellness, and entrepreneurial coaching and excels in areas of personal development, decision-making, self-awareness, personal branding, and productivity. She developed a 150-hour post-graduate life coaching certification course in 2010, which has certified over 55 CAN Coaches and graduated over 100 general-interest students. Mandy is a professional speaker and workshop facilitator specializing in applying neuroscience to various aspect of life, work, and health. She has a PhD in Psychology and Neuroscience and teaches at the University of Toronto and Ryerson University, and has published many scientific papers in neurobiology of motivation, learning and memory, anxiety, and depression.
Lisa Grassa Education Consultant
Lisa is an educator and consultant with experience in both the state and independent school sectors, and has been providing students with the tools they need to be mindful, independent and reflective learners since 2007. She is a Reading Specialist through the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education, studied Primary Education at The University of Edinburgh, and has qualifications in Kindergarten and Special Education. Lisa serves as the Director of Curriculum of a small charity called Akosia, developing curriculum for projects in Africa, Mongolia and Mexico.
Sarah Turtletaub Education Consultant
Sarah is a credentialed teacher, whose passion for motivating, educating, and empowering young people brought her to us and made her an advocate for coaching in education. She has also worked as a summer camp coordinator and youth group advisor. After working and training with us closely as an associate in London, UK, she is now based in California, working to bring Graydin’s coaching model and courses to institutions on the west coast of the United States.
Kate Peer Creative Director
Kate oversees everything visual at Graydin, strategizing and designing materials for web and print. She has her own design studio, where she specialises in helping entrepreneurs and artists define and communicate their story clearly and succinctly. Kate has a Master of Design and an undergraduate degree in Social Anthropology. She loves to tackle the big ideas and obsess over the tiny typography.
Tim Singleton Graphic Designer
Tim supports Graydin through creative exploration and visual design. He studied at OCAD University and George Brown College and has worked with national not-for-profits, agencies, and a variety of smaller businesses and start-ups. His work has been exhibited on both sides of the Atlantic and been recognized in international competitions.
Emma Barty Finance Director
Emma is our ‘Virtual’ Finance Director. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Taxation Advisor, and runs HaesCooper, an accountancy practice in Kent. She has over 15 years’ experience in financial and management accounting at businesses of varying sizes across several sectors such as retail, and FMCG.
Bryce Kuhlman Software Engineer
Bryce has spent the last 20 years helping master teachers connect with eager students across the globe. His software platforms help teachers reach a wider audience through automated content delivery, coupled with group and one-on-one coaching. His systems have been used in such diverse areas as entertainment, neuroscience and robotics. Bryce has degrees in engineering-physics and robotics. He started his first company when he was 12 years old and has been a serial entrepreneur ever since.
Sumner & Lang Editorial
Karen Sumner and Warren Lang are the wordsmiths who help Graydin produce clear, accessible and engaging materials. Before co-founding Sumner & Lang in 2013, the duo spent 15 years teaching and leading at a prominent Canadian independent school. Applying their understanding of language, learning and communication, S&L work with education and business clients to produce internal documents, handbooks, reports, articles, websites, brochures, viewbooks, non-fiction books and ad copy. Their logo, an ampersand, symbolizes their belief that collaboration is the source of creativity and success.
