THE ANATOMY: FOUNDATIONAL COACHING COURSE

LENGTH: 2 DAYS

This two-day course introduces participants to coaching and lays the foundation for how coaching can best be used in education. 

Participants learn coaching models, skills, tools and activities specifically designed for the classroom, meeting room, sports pitch, boarding house and tutorial environment.  

Like all Graydin’s courses, the learning is experiential and practical, based on research and expertise. It provides a new or refined skill-set to compliment educators’ current “toolkit”.

THE Journey: ADVANCED COACHING COURSE

LENGTH: 2 DAYS

This two-day course raises participants’ aspirations and increases their coaching capacity and confidence. 

Participants leave equipped with additional coaching tools and strategies to apply with students, colleagues, parents and themselves as well as the desire to embed coaching throughout their school.

In addition to attending the course, each participant receives three, one-hour, one-to-one coaching sessions delivered by a Graydin coach. These sessions provide participants the opportunity to experience and embed the tools they learned, while working towards personal and professional goals.

THE art: train the coach-trainer

LENGTH: 2 DAYS

This final two-day course ensures coaching-sustainability in your school. 

The course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to train colleagues in coaching skills and ensures your school is on its way to becoming a Graydin Coaching School.

In addition to attending this course, participants receive two, one-hour, one-to-one training sessions from Graydin Coaches to support their learning and prospective coaching-related initiatives. Following this, each participant will be supported during an evaluative process to ensure each person is ready and able to ultimately deliver the two-day, The Anatomy: Foundational Coaching Course within his or her school.
